Event Description
Join our Certified Archery Rangers for an archery
adventure! During this event participants will learn the basics of
archery, including archery safety, operation, and shooting
fundamentals. After getting a feel for the bow, challenge yourself to
some fun games on the range! Equipment will be provided.
Participant Information
Participants must wear closed-toed shoes and have hair tied back.
Event Supervision
This is not a drop off event. Troops must come in proper
girl to adult ratio. See Safety Activity Checkpoints for more
information. Girl Scouts attending individually must be accompanied by
a parent/guardian.
The adult(s) that are accompanying
Girl Scout(s) at this event are required to register for event.

Badge/Patch
Brownies and Juniors will earn a fun patch!
Supplies
Wear close-toed shoes and dress in layers for the
weather. Wear long hair pulled back. Bring a water bottle and stay
hydrated. All other equipment will be provided.
Registration, Cancellation, Refund, Transfer Info
Troops are encouraged to register for this event
together through the Troop Leader's MYGS account. This will help to
ensure troop participates together.
Girl Scouts not
registering as a troop or who are attending individually should
register for this event through their parent/guardian's MYGS
account.
Event confirmation/information such as zoom
links and venue location are e-mailed days prior to the event.
Events are first come first serve and are open until the
registration deadline or the event fills. GSMISTS is
unable to maintain waiting lists.
If the event is
cancelled by GSMISTS a 100% refund will be issued.
Event registrations are non-refundable. In the event a girl/adult
can no longer attend the program, spaces may be swapped to another
