Event Description

Join Program Staff and volunteers to kickoff the Girl Scout year in a Cadettes only overnight event! Each Girl Scout will get to choose how she wants to spend the weekend. Everyone will choose up to 4 activities and 1 badge course. Each badge program is a 2 hour course that is led by experienced program staff and volunteers. Program and badge selections will be emailed to participants after registration closes. Enjoy the evening by playing games and getting to know your fellow Cadettes. Event also includes dinner and a continental breakfast.

Volunteers needed for running activities/ badge programs and (or) overnight chaperoning.

$40/ Girl

Registration discount available for attending Girl Scout of a committed volunteer. Please contact girlexperience@gsmists.org to learn more.

 
Participant Information
No late registrations will be honored.

Event Supervision 
This IS a drop off event. Parent/guardian or troop leader please check-in your Girl Scout(s) before leaving.

Event registration is not complete or guaranteed until Cookie Dough or Individual Girl Funds have been processed. Cookie Dough and Individual Girl Funds are non-transferable to other girls or adults. Only GSMISTS Cookie Dough or Individual Girl Funds are accepted for GSMISTS events.


Badge/Patch
Vaires by activities Girl Scouts sign up for prior to event. Earned badge provided.

Food
Dinner and breakfast provided.

Supplies
Packing list and Program and badge selections will be emailed to participants after registration closes.

Registration, Cancellation, Refund, Transfer Info
Troops are encouraged to register for this event together through the Troop Leader's MYGS account. This will help to ensure troop participates together. 
Girl Scouts not registering as a troop or who are attending individually should register for this event through their parent/guardian's MYGS account.
Event confirmation/information such as zoom links and venue location are e-mailed days prior to the event.
Events are first come first serve and are open until the registration deadline or the event fills. GSMISTS is unable to maintain waiting lists.
If the event is cancelled by GSMISTS a 100% refund will be issued.

Event registrations are non-refundable. In the event a girl/adult can no longer attend the program, spaces may be swapped to another attendee. Contact customercare@gsmists.org
