Event Description
Join the crew of Kent County Parks to plant tress and care for Townsend Park!
This day of stewardship fulfils the requirements of the Girl Scout Tree Promise - a nationwide initiative to plant, protect, and honor 5 million trees in 5 years.
Girl Scouts of all ages are welcome to attend.
Event Supervision
This is NOT a drop off event. Parent/guardian or troop leaders
must attend in proper ratio with their Girl Scout(s).
Cookie Dough or Individual Girl Funds Payments
To use Cookie Dough or Individual Girl Funds for Payment:
Please contact Customer Care at customercare@gsmists.org. Event
registration is not complete or guaranteed until Cookie Dough or
Individual Girl Funds have been processed. Cookie Dough and Individual
Girl Funds are non-transferable to other girls or adults. Only GSMISTS
Cookie Dough or Individual Girl Funds are accepted for GSMISTS
events.
Price
$2/ girl - covers cost of patch.
Badge/Patch
Tree Promise patch earned and provided to Girl Scouts.

Registration, Cancellation,
Refund, Transfer Info
Troops are encouraged to register for this event together
through the Troop Leader's MYGS account. This will help to ensure
troop participates together.
Girl Scouts not registering as a
troop or who are attending individually should register for this event
through their parent/guardian's MYGS account.
Event
confirmation/information will be e-mailed days prior to the
event.
Events are first come first serve and are open until the
registration deadline or the event fills. GSMISTS is
unable to maintain waiting lists.
If the event is cancelled by
GSMISTS a 100% refund will be issued.
