Event Description

This nonpartisan virtual Town Hall meeting will connect Girl Scouts of all ages to the most meaningful ways to engage in the democratic process summer and fall! We've invited City and County Clerks to speak on the ins and outs of elections and what you can do to help. We'll share resources to help Girl Scouts earn Citizen's Badges and the Suffrage Centennial Patch and have and encourage members to exchange helpful tips for encouraging Girl Scout engagement.

Participant Information
This event/training takes place online. Please make sure to take the Girl Scout Internet Safety Pledge before you start. High-Speed internet is required. You can join from your computer, tablet, or smartphone. You will receive more information about access event in the confirmation.

Event registration is not complete or guaranteed until Cookie Dough or Individual Girl Funds have been processed. Cookie Dough and Individual Girl Funds are non-transferable to other girls or adults. Only GSMISTS Cookie Dough or Individual Girl Funds are accepted for GSMISTS events.

Girl Scouts earn Citizen's Badges and the Suffrage Centennial Patch

Registration, Cancellation, Refund, Transfer Info
Troops are encouraged to register for this event together through the Troop Leader's MYGS account. This will help to ensure troop participates together. 
Girl Scouts not registering as a troop or who are attending individually should register for this event through their parent/guardian's MYGS account.
Event confirmation/information such as zoom links and venue location are e-mailed days prior to the event.
Events are first come first serve and are open until the registration deadline or the event fills. GSMISTS is unable to maintain waiting lists.
If the event is cancelled by GSMISTS a 100% refund will be issued.
