Event Description:

Join GSMISTS council staff to experience the joy of camping at our annual Community Camp Weekend!  This event provides opportunities for Girl Scout troops and Juliette's to come together and share a weekend of sisterhood and relax in the outdoors with fellow GSMISTS members.

No two community camp weekends will be the same - activities are all based on what troops bring to share! Participating troops and cabins will be tasked with planning an activity for fellow campers to enjoy during the weekend.

All troops must be chaperoned by their attending Troop Leaders/Troop Helpers.

At least 1 adult from each troop must be Troop Camp Trained and CPR/ First Aid trained.
Troop training available at OWLS: May 2nd-4th. Registration starts on March 12, 2025.

All adults attending must be registered Background checked members of Girl Scouts.

Please note the following group capacity of each cabin listed below. If your troop is larger than the listed capacity or requires additional adults please contact customercare@gsmists.org we may be able to accomodate your group.

Brinkerts, Wege Yurt, Meijer Yurt: Capacity 12 each (intended for 2 adults and 10 girls)

White Pine, Lodgepole: Capacity 24 each (Intended for 4 adults and 20 girls)

Parents of Individual Girl Scouts that attend must be registered and background checked members of Girl Scouts
