Event Description:
Join expert naturalists at the Outdoor Discovery Center as they lead
you along scenic trails where you'll spot wildlife, explore habitats
up close, and play interactive games to reveal how animals and plants
connect to make a unique ecosystem. After the program, Girl Scouts are
welcomed to enjoy the many ameneties offered at the ODC: Visit the
Birds of Prey Center, The wildlife Exhibit, or climb at the Nature

Daisies and Brownies will earn and
recieve their Eco badges during this program.
This is NOT a drop off event. Troops must come in proper girl to adult ratio. See Safety Activity Checkpoints for more information. Girl Scouts attending individually must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Supplies:
Optional: Packed lunch to enjoy after the program at the pavillion.
Hat, sunscreen, water bottle, comfortable shoes- Girl Scouts are welcomed to bring a small hiking bag.

Event registration is not complete or guaranteed until Cookie Dough or Individual Girl Funds are
applied. Cookie Dough or Individual Girl Funds are non-transferable to other girls or adults.
Only GSMISTS Cookie Dough or Individual Girl Funds are accepted for GSMISTS events.

Event registrations are non-refundable. In the event a girl/adult can no longer attend the program, spaces may be swapped to another attendee.
Events are first come first serve and are open until the registration deadline or the event fills. GSMISTS is unable to maintain waiting lists.
If this event is cancelled by GSMISTS a 100% refund will be issued.
Troops are encouraged to register for this event together through the Troop Leader's MYGS account.
Girl Scouts not registering as a troop or who are attending individually should register for this event through their parent/guardian's MYGS account.
