Join us for the National Cherry Festival Community Parade!!
This year we will have the options of a float to ride and those that want to walk can.
We will have our flags in front of the float for those walking with flags (Must be a junior or above due to weight of flags).
This is not a drop off event. Either a parent must stay and walk or a troop may come together.
Girl Scouts must be accompanied by Troop Leader or another adult.
$2.50 per person who would like the CUSTOM Cherry Festival Parade patch
Girls must be in Official Girl Scout Parade wear (Khaki pants/shorts/skirt, White shirt and Uniform vest/sash/tunic)
Adults are needed to walk with the girls as well. Must be registered GS Member to walk with girls if they are bringing more than just their own daughter. (Parents can bring their own daughter and walk with them) Adults (members or not) also need to be in Khakis, white shirt or Girl Scout Shirt.
This will be a free event with a fun patch provided for $2.50 by Troop 4813's graduating ambassadors.
More information to come as soon as there is confirmation on if we can toss candy again this year. The rules are being reviewed at this time by NCF as they state no candy this year but many float entries have requested that this tradition continues.
