Event Description
Discover your new favorite hands on hobby at the Dream Lab!
Join us at the Dream lab for a beginner embroidery workshop. We will learn the supplies needed for embroidery, practice setting up an embroidery hoop, and learn four basic types of stiches: running, back, split and stem.
After practice, we will apply our new skills to design and stitch on a tote bag to create custom art!
Participants will leave the event with their personal project, as well as an embroidery hoop and needles to continue growing their new skill at home.
Event Supervision
This is NOT a drop off event. Troops must come in proper girl to adult ratio
Please do not register more adults than necessary.
Registrations exceeding the adult-to-Girl Scout ratio may be subject to cancellation based on venue capacity restrictions.
Individually Registered Girl Scouts must attend with a chaperoning parent/guardian.

$20/ Out of Council Girl Scout
Badge/Patch: None included, though this program fulfils steps 2,3, and 4 of the Senior the Textile Artist badge.

Supplies: All embroidery supplies provided.

If this event is cancelled by GSMISTS a 100% refund will be issued
Event registrations are non-refundable. In the event a girl/adult can no longer attend the program, spaces may be swapped to another attendee.
Events are first come first serve and are open until the registration deadline or the event fills. GSMISTS is unable to maintain waiting lists.
