Event Description
From hot dogs, to hobo dinners, to s'mores, campfire cooking is known for its delicious foods and treats! During this workshop, Girl Scouts will have the opportunity to learn how to prepare some classics. Learn how to build a fire, how to safely pack food on a camping trip, and fire safety. Whether you are sampling a new food or cooking up an old favorite, Girl Scouts will grow their confidence around a campfire!
Event Supervision
This is NOT a drop off event. Troops must come in proper girl to adult ratio
Please do not register more adults than necessary.
Registrations exceeding the adult-to-Girl Scout ratio may be subject to cancellation based on venue capacity restrictions.
Individually Registered Girl Scouts must attend with a chaperoning parent/guardian.

Badge/Patch: Juniors complete steps of the Simple Meals badge. Fulfilling all steps and purchasing is responsibility of troop leader/caregiver after the event.
Food: All ingredients provided. Please specify dietary allergies or restrictions when registering.
Supplies: All Girl Scouts should attend with their hair pulled back and a head covering (hat or bandana) and wearing closed-toe shoes. Please do not wear anything log that could dangle into a fire. Bring water and your tastebuds! More information on what to bring sent closer to event date.

GSMISTS is unable to maintain waiting lists.
Please note that this event is subject to cancellation if the minimum registration of 10 Girl Scouts requirement is not met
This event's registration fee is non-refundable.
This event's registration fee may be transferred to another eligible GSMISTS event dependent on availability and registration deadline. Contact customercare@gsmists.org for more information.
In the event a girl/adult can no longer attend the program, spaces may also be swapped to another attendee.
If this event is cancelled by GSMISTS a 100% refund will be issued
