Change the world, change your life, and earn the most prestigious award in Girl Scouting - Become a Gold Award Girl Scout!
Gold Award Girl Scouts are rock stars, role models, and real-life heroes. How do they do it? By using everything they've learned as a Girl Scout to help fix a problem in their community or make a lasting change in their world. And you don't have to be a seasoned activist or star student to get there.
9th-12th grade GSMISTS Girl Scouts must complete the national GSUSA Gold Award Training prior to beginning any work toward their project.
GSUSA's training is online and can be completed at any time; Girl Scouts can re-visit the training as many times as needed.
Access your self-paced training here
After you have completed your training, we are available for additional support. Join the Gold Award Support Team for monthly office hours! Our team of experienced Girl Scout volunteers can help answer questions, brainstorm ideas, and offer insight as you work on your project. Whether it's finding a project advisor, recruiting support, or planning sustainability, we can help you!
Office Hours offered monthly, 3rd Tuesday of the month, at 6:00PM. An RSVP is required to receive zoom link and meeting information. Note: RSVPs must be received at least 24 hours in advance of event.
