Event Description
Ready to become a Media Champion for Girl Scouts of Michigan Shore to Shore?
Join GSMISTS staff and local media influencers for a dynamic, multi-workshop event where you'll connect with media professionals and grow your skills in storytelling, public speaking, broadcasting, videography, and photography.
As a Media Champion, you'll be called upon to help represent GSMISTS across our council footprint. From video interviews and beyond, you'll share your Girl Scout experience with the world!
Take the skills learned from this workshop to develop the confidence to share your own stories through videography, photography, or public speaking.
Event Supervision
This is a drop-off event. Parent/guardian or troop leader please check-in your Girl Scout(s) before leaving.
Price: $15
Badge/Patch: GSMISTS Media Champions fun patch
Food: Lunch provided - please indicate dietary restrictions when registering.
Supplies: Information on what to bring sent closer to event date.

If this event is cancelled by GSMISTS a 100% refund will be issued
Event registrations are non-refundable. In the event a girl/adult can no longer attend the program, spaces may be swapped to another attendee.
Events are first come first serve and are open until the registration deadline or the event fills. GSMISTS is unable to maintain waiting lists.
