Event Description:
Join the rangers at Pioneer Park as they lead an outdoor adventure to discover Michigan's native habitat and the importance of it's ecosystem during the winter. Observe animals, learn about native plants, and warm-up by the campfire for smore's and hot chocolate. If applicable, snowshoeing will be offered during this trail adventure!
Event Supervision:
This is NOT a drop off event. Troops must come in proper girl to adult ratio. See Safety Activity Checkpoints for more information. Girl Scouts attending individually must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Additionaly, Girl Scouts participating in this program will complete
steps towards earning the following badges:

Food: S'mores and Hot Chocolate

Event registrations are non-refundable. In the event a girl/adult can no longer attend the program, spaces may be swapped to another attendee.
Events are first come first serve and are open until the registration deadline or the event fills. GSMISTS is unable to maintain waiting lists.
If this event is cancelled by GSMISTS a 100% refund will be issued.
Troops are encouraged to register for this event together through the Troop Leader's MYGS account.
Girl Scouts not registering as a troop or who are attending individually should register for this event through their parent/guardian's MYGS account.
