Looking for a weekend option to bring your troop to the DreamLab? Troop Experience Saturdays offer select Saturday sessions designed especially for Girl Scout troops who can't make a weeknight reservation.
What is a Troop Experience?
Reserving a Troop Experience is a semi-private DreamLab rental for your troop to work on badges, host a meeting, or simply get creative and take advantage of our DreamLab equipment.
GSMISTS Staff are available on site to support your troop's activities, though Troop Experiences are not drop-off, structured events. Troops must attend in proper ratio, according to Safety Activity Checkpoints.
Troop Experiences are not structured around a specific theme like other date-and-time events, such as a weekend badge workshop with a per-girl cost). The time - and space - is yours to use how you wish.
How does it work?
A $25 refundable deposit secures your Troop Experience.
Once your reservation is received a GSMISTS Girl Experience Associate will contact you to learn more about your plans and help customize your visit to prepare any supplies, offer suggestions, and tailor your Troop Experience to make the most of your time at the DreamLab.
Depending on your group's size, up to 3 troops may be using the DreamLab simultaneously.
What does the day look like?
The Girl Scout DreamLab hours are 10:00AM-3:00PM on Saturdays, though your visit can be as short or as long as you wish during this timeframe. The DreamLab shop is open for any badge, uniform, or Girl Scout shopping you may need to do as well.
Please note: DreamLab spaces and equipment are available on a first come, first served basis. Discover available equipment here to plan ahead.
Cancellation & Refund policies:
Reservations must be received two weeks in advance. In the event your troop can no longer attend your selected date, your $25 deposit can be transferred to a future Troop Experience, either on a weeknight or designated Saturday. No refunds are provided.
