Event Description
Join us for a truly special opportunity to be part of history as we
celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the National Cherry Festival! We
are aiming to have 100 Girl Scouts, volunteers, and alumni marching
together to represent a century of Girl Scouting-your participation
will help make this moment unforgettable.
Parade Details:
Line-Up Time: 5:30 PM (exact location near F&M Park will be
announced on Tuesday prior to the event)
Parade Start Time: 6:30

Float Decorating Volunteers Needed
We will have
two floats in the parade and are looking for volunteers to help with
decorating. More details on dates and location will be shared
soon-stay tuned!

Event Supervision
This is NOT a drop off event. Troops must come in proper girl to adult ratio
Please do not register more adults than necessary.
Registrations exceeding the adult-to-Girl Scout ratio may be subject to cancellation based on venue capacity restrictions.
Individually Registered Girl Scouts must attend with a chaperoning parent/guardian.
Parents/guardians may walk with their own child without membership.

Price: $4.00 per person for a custom Cherry Festival Parade patch
Badge/Patch: Parade patch available for purchase

Parade Attire Requirements
Girls must wear one of the
following:
Official Girl Scout Parade Uniform: khaki
pants/shorts/skirt, white shirt, and vest/sash/tunic
OR
A
historic Girl Scout uniform
Adults walking in the parade
should wear:
Khaki bottoms and a white shirt or Girl
Scout shirt
Historic Uniform Fitting Event
Experience the legacy of Girl Scouts through the decades! We have a
collection of vintage uniforms available and would love participants
to showcase them in the parade.

Center
All girls and adults are welcome to attend and be
fitted for a historic uniform.
