Event Description
Get ready to get your hands dirty with the rangers at Dune Harbor
Park! In this fun, hands-on adventure, you'll help take care of
nature.
Wear special outdoor gloves as you pull out
garlic mustard, a plant that doesn't belong and can hurt other plants.
Then, help the park grow by making seed balls and spreading native
wildflower seeds.
Be an eco-friend and have fun outside
while making a difference this summer!
Children's
gardening gloves will be provided by park staff.
To
continue the fun, a magnifying glass is included with registration to
investigate the wildlife.
Girl Scout registration includes badge, snack and magnifying glass.
Tagalong registration includes snack and magnifying
glass.
Event Supervision
This is NOT a drop off event. Troops must come in proper girl to adult ratio
Please do not register more adults than necessary.
Registrations exceeding the adult-to-Girl Scout ratio may be subject to cancellation based on venue capacity restrictions.
Individually Registered Girl Scouts must attend with a chaperoning parent/guardian.

Registration, Cancellation, Refund, Transfer Info
Please note that this event is subject to cancellation if the minimum registration requirement is not met.
If this event is cancelled by GSMISTS a 100% refund will be issued
Event registrations are non-refundable. In the event a girl/adult can no longer attend the program, spaces may be swapped to another attendee.
Events are first come first serve and are open until the registration deadline or the event fills. GSMISTS is unable to maintain waiting lists.
