Event Description
Learn about Michigan's feathered friends from the nature experts at
Dune Harbor Park as they guide you on a nature hike to discover the
birds that live in the Great Dune Ecosystem.
*Learn what
they eat and where they live
*Use binoculars to gain an up-close
look of birds and their habitats
*Play bird bingo
*Help
the bird habitat thrive by making native seed balls
*Earn your
own "Muskegon County Park Bird Nerd" sticker
Girl Scout registration includes badge, snack and binoculars.
Tagalong registration includes snack and
binoculars.
Event Supervision
This is NOT a drop off event. Troops must come in proper girl to adult ratio
Please do not register more adults than necessary.
Registrations exceeding the adult-to-Girl Scout ratio may be subject to cancellation based on venue capacity restrictions.
Individually Registered Girl Scouts must attend with a chaperoning parent/guardian.

Please note that this event is subject to cancellation if the minimum registration requirement is not met.
If this event is cancelled by GSMISTS a 100% refund will be issued
Event registrations are non-refundable. In the event a girl/adult can no longer attend the program, spaces may be swapped to another attendee.
Events are first come first serve and are open until the registration deadline or the event fills. GSMISTS is unable to maintain waiting lists.
